Summary
Utako Himekawa is the mother of Ayumi and a renowned, beautiful actress. Under the tutelage of acting teacher Chigusa Tsukikage, she harbors the ambition to portray the character Kurenai Tennyo. She is married to Mitsugu Himekawa, a prominent director. Although her demanding career prevented her from spending much time with her daughter during her early years, she deeply loves Ayumi. The two have even appeared together in several stage productions.
