Summary
Segawa Izumi is a sixteen-year-old student with purple hair, standing at 157 cm tall and weighing 44 kg. She holds the position of class chairman and is the younger fraternal twin sister of Kotetsu Segawa. Her history with Hayate dates back to a childhood incident where he rescued her from a dog that had stolen her doll. As a reward for saving her, she kissed him on the lips, an action that caused her father considerable worry. Despite this early connection, neither of them recalled the event when they reunited at Hakuō Academy, as their childhood memories had faded over time. In season 4, a recurring joke emerged when Yukiji began labeling Izumi along with her friends Risa and Miki as the "Three Idiots."
