Summary
As a member of the esteemed Oak family, he harbors a deep-seated prejudice against Teito, frequently bullying him due to Teito's history as a slave. Despite this animosity, Teito intervenes to save Oak’s life during the final examination, an act that Oak initially struggles to reconcile with his resentment. His social standing shifts later when he becomes a subordinate to Ayanami, leveraging his father’s connections to secure the position. He develops a profound admiration for Konatsu, whom he idolizes after the latter rescues him from a deadly situation. Personality-wise, Oak is characterized by his cowardice, conceited nature, and spoiled demeanor. His behavior becomes so intolerable to the other members of the Black Hawks that Hyuuga eventually ejects him from an aircraft during a battlefield engagement, dismissing the dangerous act as merely deploying him to the front lines. This reckless move nearly results in his death until Konatsu intervenes once again to save him. He was born on February 3rd.
