Summary
Second Lieutenant Jean Havoc is a dedicated soldier who is practically always seen with a cigarette dangling from his lips. He possesses excellent marksmanship skills and remains one of Roy Mustang’s most loyal subordinates. Havoc is a strict adherent to duty and military protocol, often following orders to the letter even when he privately disagrees with them. His sense of propriety led him to reprimand Edward for speaking disrespectfully about Mustang, accusing the Fullmetal Alchemist of being motivated solely by career advancement.
