Hinoto
Summary
Hinoto serves as a kunoichi within the Root division of Konohagakure’s Anbu. Her duties included guarding the entrance to the Root chambers alongside fellow Anbu member Hinoe. During one such watch, Yūgao Uzuki and Kakashi Hatake arrived with orders to summon Danzō Shimura to meet with the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi. Following Yūgao’s departure after learning Danzō was away, Kakashi revealed his identity and subdued Hinoe using his Sharingan. Although Hinoto attempted to intervene, she was swiftly overpowered. Kakashi then applied a genjutsu to force her into revealing Kinoe’s location. Physically, Hinoto has black hair tied back in a ponytail and wears standard Anbu gear, including a cat-like mask and white pearl earrings. A sword is strapped to her shoulder. Given her status as an Anbu operative, she is considered a powerful ninja with presumed expertise in bukijutsu, utilizing both a sword and a bō. She made her anime debut in Naruto Shippuuden Episode #350.
