Pfeifer
Summary
Pfeifer served as an Alliance lieutenant commander and acted as the former adjutant to Vice Admiral Alexandre Bewcock. Following the Imperial annexation of Fezzan, he was forced to work himself to exhaustion, which ultimately led to a fatal heart attack on January 799 UC. His position was subsequently filled by Soun Soulszzcuaritter.
