Summary
Isshou, known as Fujitora, is a blind man standing at an imposing 270 cm tall. Born on August 10th, he is currently 54 years old. He was sent by Fleet Admiral Sakazuki to handle Luffy and Law. His first appearance occurred in a restaurant in Acacia, where he was gambling with Doflamingo’s men who were cheating. Luffy called their bluff and assisted Fujitora. After thanking Luffy, Fujitora drew a sword from his cane, crushing the thugs into a hole in the ground. He remarked that being unable to see the world’s filth could be an advantage of blindness. His display of power left everyone in awe, leading the crew to realize he possessed a Devil Fruit ability. When Luffy asked who he was, Fujitora laughed, stating it would be unwise to reveal his identity. As he left, he gave the bartender a paper to forward damage claims to the address on it. Later, Fujitora was seen as a spectator in the Corrida Colosseum, scouting out major figures. He ordered his subordinates to prepare three battleships and many medical officers, planning to head to Green Bit first. He inquired about the number of spectators, the town’s population, and the country’s population. When asked why this information was necessary, he explained that before counting enemies, one must count those needing protection. The Devil Fruit Fujitora uses allows him to manipulate unseen forces at his will. He first used this power to press the cheating thugs heavily against the floor, causing it to cave in and create a massive hole. He has also used immense amounts of this force to cause a meteor to fall from the sky and to create a circular barrier around himself that repels attacks. He stated that performing such feats was merely testing his strength.
