Summary
Saku, also known as Sakura, is a double bass player whose family faced financial ruin when her father’s business neared bankruptcy. Despite his desire to hold onto his collection of rare violins, he was coerced into selling them by Chiaki. Due to her extremely short stature, she is often mistaken for an elementary school student. When she first joined the orchestra, her double bass was so large relative to her size that observers frequently failed to notice her carrying it on her back, assuming the instrument was moving on its own.
