Mail Jeevas, known by the alias Matt, is a member of Mello’s faction who first appears in Chapter 83. He performs espionage duties for Mello and acts as an accomplice in the kidnapping of Takada, following orders without question while typically smoking a cigarette. A former resident of Wammy's orphanage, Matt was close friends with Mello during their time there, and the two enjoyed causing trouble together.
