Summary
Popura is a petite seventeen-year-old high school student employed at Wagnaria. Ironically, she was named after the poplar tree with the hope that she would grow tall. Although she is a diligent worker, she occasionally commits clumsy errors on the job. She is highly sensitive regarding her small stature, as many customers frequently mistake her for being younger than she actually is. She often struggles to earn the respect of Souta, who is one year her junior, since he typically views her as an elementary school student. Furthermore, she has difficulty addressing him by his proper surname, consistently referring to him as "Katanashi" instead of "Takanashi," even when corrected.
