Kaneda, Shoutarou
Summary
Kaneda is a laid-back gang leader known for his custom-modified motorcycle. He and Tetsuo have been inseparable best friends since they were young, with Kaneda often teasing the younger boy despite his deep, brotherly affection for him. After rescuing Kei, Kaneda gets entangled with her anti-government guerilla group, driven by the desire to find Tetsuo.
