Summary
As the group's most mature member, Tarō naturally assumes the role of leader. His typical attire consists of an unbuttoned gakuran worn over a white shirt. When Joe first arrived in the slum town, Tarō and his friends instigated a conflict with him. Although they were defeated in the fight, the encounter ultimately led to a friendship, and the two groups now frequently spend time together.
