Summary
Daisuke Fujiwara is a twelve-year-old boy who owns Fuji and considers Gin to be a friend. When the elderly Takeda Gohei becomes too frail to continue training, Daisuke steps in to oversee Gin’s preparation. During this time, he learns how to use a hunting bow and successfully kills a bear alongside Gin. Although Gin eventually runs away with the pack of wild dogs, Daisuke remains steadfast in his belief that Gin will one day return to defeat Akakabuto.
