Falman, Vato
Summary
Warrant Officer Vato Falman is responsible for escorting General Hakuro from his vacation and serves within the investigation department under Lieutenant Hughes. He also assists Roy Mustang at Eastern Headquarters. Following the sudden death of Hughes, Falman pleads with Mustang to let him join the team, and after due consideration, Mustang permits him to transfer back to Central. Falman is renowned for his precision and data management skills. His overly formal demeanor leads some of his comrades to wish that he would lighten up.
