Summary
Asbel is the twin brother of Rastel and the only survivor from Pejite. He harbors a deep hatred for Kushana and the people of Torumeki. Highly skilled as a pilot, mechanic, and swordsman, he was rescued by Nausicaä from the depths of the Sea of Corruption, where he also witnessed its secrets alongside her. His travels vary, as he sometimes accompanies Nausicaä and at other times journeys alone or with different companions.
