'Magic Repo Man' Casts Reiji Kawashima as Lent for October 2026

The first promotional video for the TV anime of Magic Repo Man: Dumped by My Party, I'll Cash In With a Cute Support Fairy to Become the Strongest! just dropped, confirming the full main cast and locking in an October 2026 premiere.

Reiji Kawashima voices Lent, the gentle village boy blessed with the rare "Magic Warehouse" gift that lets him lend his magic to allies. When his childhood friends in the B-rank party "The Skypiercers" brand him useless and kick him out, that gift evolves into something far darker: Forced Collection. Emiri Katō brings to life the cheeky support fairy Empee who materializes to back his comeback. Daiki Hamano plays the arrogant swordsman Guy, Akira Sekine voices the calculating mage Misa, and Yū Kobayashi is the laid-back healer Elle.

Takahiro Tamano directs at studio SynergySP, with Ryūsuke Mori on series scripts and Kazue Mori handling character designs. Sound direction comes from Keiko Urakami and music from Kow Otani. The series airs Saturdays at 25:30 on TV Asahi’s NUMAnimation block and BS Asahi.

Adapted from the manga by Shingou Iijima with story by Masakichi (already over two million copies in print), the tale flips the usual support-role script. Lent isn’t powering up through friendship — he’s reclaiming every drop of magic he ever loaned out, with interest. Seven Seas will release the first English volume in September.
