Synopsis
Following Medaka Kurokami and her Student Council's victory over Myouri Unzen, Hakoniwa Academy briefly enjoyed peace—but it does not last long. Medaka, Zenkichi Hitoyoshi, Kouki Akune, and Mogana Kikaijima soon become entangled in a new sinister plot called the "Flask Plan," orchestrated by the school's principal himself. Before they can confront that, the council must first deal with a fresh batch of superhuman students who call themselves the "Thirteen Party," led by the arrogant yet formidable Oudo Miyakonojou. Between the mysterious Flask Plan, Oudo's tyranny, and the return of an old adversary, Hakoniwa Academy remains far from calm, leaving Medaka and her friends overwhelmed as matters grow even more abnormal.
