Synopsis
In a metropolis populated by anthropomorphic cat-people, Catman exists without any rules or boundaries, pursuing his every whim, which frequently brings him into conflict with the city's other residents. The series boldly utilizes Flash animation—a technique seldom seen today—and features no spoken dialogue; instead, it has Japanese and English subtitles, along with an original soundtrack composed specifically for the show.
