Synopsis
In the quiet town of Sakuranomori, a close circle of childhood friends must say goodbye to one of their own. Due to his parents' work, Sana Hidaka is forced to leave his peaceful hometown for the bustling city of Tokyo. Though it pains him deeply, he parts ways with his treasured companions—the gentle Aoi Oribe, the energetic Wakatsuki twins Shuri and Shuusuke, and the bright and cheerful Nanaka Yatsushiro. Even as he reluctantly moves away, he holds onto the belief that distance will never erase the bond and memories they share. Five years later, now a sixteen-year-old high school student, Sana returns to Sakuranomori hoping to pick up where he left off. But he soon discovers that while the town itself has changed little, the friends he left behind are no longer the same people he remembers. Dark and unsettling secrets now linger over the town, and each of his friends carries burdens and hidden truths that threaten to shatter the bonds they once took for granted.
