Synopsis
Shoutarou Futaba has always had a passion for sports, but in middle school baseball he never got off the bench. One day, he spots a group of gymnasts practicing in the park and impulsively decides to watch a rhythmic gymnastics competition. Despite putting on an exciting show, Shoushukan High School's Rhythmic Gymnastics Club finishes second from last because they couldn't field a full six-person team and incurred penalties. The display of skill deeply impresses Shoutarou, and he chooses to attend Shoushukan with the goal of joining the club, even though he has zero experience in the sport. The club recruits him along with Ryouya Misato, a gifted gymnast who placed second in a junior tournament. With a complete six-member squad at last, the team aims to compete in the upcoming Inter-High tournament. To give Shoushukan a real shot at the championship, Shoutarou must learn and master the fundamentals of rhythmic gymnastics while coordinating closely with his new teammates.
