Synopsis
He wears a bowl on his head and grooves to Samba beats. Just what kind of being is this? That's Owanco! He's a fairy dog who uses a bowl as a hat. He adores food so much that he can turn into whatever dish he desires. Joining the fun are his biggest fan and admirer, the tea-cupped poodle "Pooko-chan," as well as his feline rival "Nori-Tama" (Nori means seaweed, Tama is Japan's most common cat name). And by the way, what's for dinner tonight?
