Synopsis
Haruka Nishikikoji is a portly physician who never has any luck attracting women. Fate intervenes when he secures a post as a doctor at an elementary school, where his workplace is perched atop the building's roof and the actual clinic resembles a medieval castle. Just as everything appears to be heading downhill, a surprise arrives: his first love, Koizumi Miyuki, applies to become his soon-to-be nurse.
