Synopsis
Takashi Horimachi is a curious, ordinary fifth grader at Anytown Elementary. One day, a very unusual transfer student named Tarou Tanaka joins his class. Neither Takashi nor his classmates have ever met anyone quite like Taro. With his blue skin, enormous glowing eyes, pointed ears, smooth bald head, and a single horn, Taro is truly peculiar. Obsessed with understanding this strange newcomer, Takashi tries to monitor every move Tarou makes, but in doing so, he repeatedly becomes the target of Tarou's hilarious assortment of cosmic pranks and traps.
