Synopsis
Twin brothers Frank and Karl stay with their uncle Charles while their parents are away. At school, they meet Mike and Sally, and later also Norton. They tell the group about R.C. Racing, but Karl dismisses it as child's play. After school, the group goes to the Race Tin club, where Mike races the brothers. Karl struggles with the controller, and Frank copies Mike's technique to finish second. After the race, Sally and his father arrive. They head to a car shop to inspect some vehicles. Mike explains what R.C. Racing cars are like, using his own car as an example, and notes that at higher levels, cars need modifications like spoilers and new body kits. Frank and Karl race Marco, then later Sword, continue against Tommy and Norton, move on to face Ocean, and finally race Sword again in the championship finals.
