Synopsis
Hirono Kenta is a typical geeky junior high school student whose childhood passion lies in Tokusatsu and anime. He considers himself a "Hero of Justice" and frequently roams about in a homemade costume of his own creation known as "Wing Man." While most of his classmates view him as a crazy otaku, his childhood friend Ogawa Miku sees him as possessing a noble spirit. One day, while walking to school, Hirono encounters a beautiful and voluptuous girl who literally falls from the sky into his life. Despite being bewildered, he brings the girl home to recover, believing this to be his duty as a "Hero of Justice." He also retains possession of a "Dream Note," which allows him to transfer his favorite "Wing Man" costume designs into it. Later, the girl identifies herself as Yume Aoi, the Princess of the Dreamscape known as Botoreem. Her realm has been overrun by the power-hungry despot Rimeru and his forces of monstrous "Seed Men." She barely escaped with a power artifact called the "Dream Note," which grants its owner the ability to manifest anything they desire by drawing or writing in its pages. Rimeru aims to steal the book to become the Master of the Universe. Although she demands Hirono return the book, he has already begun drawing in it, mystically binding himself to it. Hirono soon realizes that his designs and notes for Wing Man become real, transforming him into his own creation. Utilizing these newfound powers, he and Aoi embark on a strange and wondrous adventure. Along the way, Hirono unwittingly drags all his friends, particularly Miku, into his mission to help Aoi liberate her people and rescue her father. Rimeru dispatches various minions to Earth's dimension to retrieve the book. One of his henchmen is the noble yet cunning Kitakura, who goes so far as to infiltrate Hirono's junior high school by posing as a teacher.
