Synopsis
Set during the Sengoku Period, Rantarou, Kirimaru, and Shinbei are young pupils at Ninjutsu Academy, a school that trains children in the ways of becoming ninjas. Referred to as "Nintamas" (a blend of ninja and tama, meaning egg), this main trio, along with many other students, must master a variety of unusual skills to reach their goal. However, things are not easy, as the protagonists often fail their lessons. With strict ninja instructors like Doi-sensei and Yamada-sensei, the troublemaking girls from the Kunoichi class, a full band of pirates, and dozens of other colorful characters, anything is possible in the chaotic world of Nintama. Each episode runs seven minutes and thirty seconds, and every season (currently numbering 29) typically contains between 60 and 90 episodes.
