Synopsis
While at a bar aboard a spaceship, Edward encounters Sakura, who offers him a taste of Japan’s national beverage, sake. Drawing on her upbringing at a sake brewery, she explains the production methods, various varieties, and proper etiquette for enjoying the drink. Edward then tours her family’s brewery, gaining firsthand insight into the brewing process and understanding sake’s significance within Japanese culture.
