Synopsis
In "My Awkward Senpai," Azusa Kannawa is the most dependable member of the publicity department, earning respect from her colleagues. Yet, her stern demeanor makes her seem unapproachable. Few are aware that Azusa struggles with social awkwardness and finds everyday interactions difficult, hiding her challenges behind a strong facade. When Yuu Kamegawa, a talented new recruit, joins the team and Azusa becomes his mentor, her true self begins to emerge. Motivated to pass on her knowledge just as her own mentor did for her, Azusa dedicates herself to guiding Kamegawa. As they spend more time together, she gradually opens up, revealing a softer side that contradicts her initial tough image and showing that the seemingly strict Kannawa may be more compassionate than anyone realized.
