Synopsis
In a world governed by constant camera surveillance, where synthetic food replaces real meals and people exist almost entirely online, avoiding physical interaction, a group of children begins meeting in the real world. The distant Ayumi Kono, the brilliant hacker Mio Tsuzuki, and the awkward Hazuki Makino set out to locate the missing fourth member of their group, Yuko Yabe. With assistance from Myao Rei, an unregistered citizen skilled in martial arts, they manage to find Yuko. But when their circumstances take a sudden and dangerous turn, the group plunges into a dark mystery that forces them to question everything they believed about their reality.
