Synopsis
A strange explosion on Futagami Island ushers in a new era for the Dangaioh legend. Under the command of the wicked Professor Katou, a faction of fighters known as the "Tartarus Knights" launches an assault on the world from a modest research facility located on the island. Katou appears poised for success until he confronts a powerful fortress protecting the land. From this stronghold, three humanoid mechs are deployed—Dangaioh!
Background
Initially planned to have an episode length of 26 episodes, production was cancelled after episode 13, due to the poor reception of the series.
