Synopsis
Celty Sturluson receives a courier assignment to deliver a suspicious red handbag, but the problem is that multiple organizations are after it. While navigating through Ikebukuro toward the drop-off point, she is pursued by mysterious men speaking a foreign language, and her package ultimately draws many of the city's inhabitants into the turmoil. Next, renowned actor Yuuhei Hanejima arrives in Ikebukuro as part of a special TV program, seeking to find the ideal couple and offer them a role in one of his films. However, Yuuhei Hanejima is actually the stage name of Kasuka Heiwajima, Shizuo's younger brother. When an anonymous internet user threatens to kill the celebrity, that user learns the gravity of what that familial bond entails. Furthermore, Shizuo discovers that the person behind the attempted attack is the meddlesome nuisance he despises with intense fury.
