Synopsis
"Kings" are individuals granted immense supernatural powers, along with the ability to recruit others into their clans. A key responsibility of the Kings is to safeguard the lives and honor of their clansmen. When a video showing the brutal murder of a Red Clansman goes viral, the ordinary student Yashiro Isana is accused of the crime. A manhunt for him begins, bringing him into contact with the infamous "Black Dog" Kurou Yatogami—a skilled swordsman and martial artist who is determined to fulfill the last wishes of his deceased master, the Seventh King. At the same time, the current Red King, Mikoto Suou, faces his own impending death as the search for Yashiro intensifies. However, as Yashiro struggles to clear his name, a larger conspiracy unfolds behind the scenes; gaps appear in his memory, and his close friends start to doubt his very identity. What started as a simple murder case is escalating into an all-out war between Kings, with the fate of the world hanging in the balance.
