Synopsis
The World is a virtual massively multiplayer online role-playing game. In this game, an event is held in the Dungeon of Nankoflank, which Mimiru—a player character—undertakes together with another player named Bear. Mimiru confesses to Bear that she is not taking part for the treasure or experience points, but for the memories and feelings from when she first started playing. The two later meet a certain character known as Mimika, and the three of them proceed through quests and events as Mimiru learns what the game truly means.
