Synopsis
Aspiring voice actress Futaba Ichinose hustles through the cutthroat world of audio recording, hunting for auditions while networking with established stars to discover her distinct style. She teams up with Ichigo Moesaki, a delusional idol who insists she is an extraterrestrial princess, and Rin Kohana, a bubbly child performer juggling acting gigs with her education. While the trio navigates the highs and lows of showbiz, Futaba faces a critical performance review at her agency that could end her career before it truly begins. This heartfelt comedy honors the people who provide the voices behind anime.
Background
Sore ga Seiyuu was created by an actual voice actress, who makes a cameo appearance in the anime. A number of other well known Japanese voice acting talent appear in the series under their own names, with each episode featuring one special guest seiyuu.
