Synopsis
This manga by Itsuki Natsumi is loosely inspired by L. Frank Baum's The Wizard of Oz. A nuclear war has decimated most of humanity, fracturing the United States into six warring factions. By the year 2021, legends circulate about a fabled city called OZ where everything still operates. Scientist Felicia sets out to find it alongside mercenary Muto and android 1019. Their quest ultimately leads them only to a military base and a madman. A girl hires a mercenary to take her to the mythical Oz—a paradise where her missing brother supposedly lives. Accompanying them is a cyborg sent by the brother. But Oz is not the paradise it seemed, and her brother is not as sane as he is smart.
