Synopsis

However, a single threat looms over this fragile tranquility: the Black Orchid, a criminal organization whose influence and nefarious deeds span the entire globe. To combat this danger, Storm Force is established by nations from around the world, operating under the code name Fire Storm to dismantle the syndicate.
