Synopsis
Arale and her friends hear about a World Grand Prix hosted by the Radial Kingdom, with the grand prize being either marriage to Princess Front—who looks just like Ms. Yamabuki—or a million dollars. They join the race hoping to win the money. Meanwhile, Dr. Mashirito is determined to claim the princess no matter what. But Princess Front has her own scheme involving Ms. Yamabuki, which leads Dr. Slump to enter the race as well, bringing along his faithful robot, Borobo. And so the competition begins.
