Synopsis
Arato Endou and his loyal hIE, Lacia, reunite to demonstrate that artificial intelligence can be safely neutralized, regardless of its brilliance. As they infiltrate the facility to face Higgins, Lacia’s creator, they must battle foes on multiple fronts. These include Snowdrop, an out-of-control hIE determined to consume Higgins, and Methode, a hIE seeking revenge against Lacia. Furthermore, the world’s super-intelligent AIs have unanimously agreed to eliminate Lacia, viewing her as a danger to humankind. With time running out and the odds heavily stacked against them, can Arato and Lacia achieve their goal of a peaceful coexistence between humans and hIEs?
