Synopsis
Yuu Otosaka would be a typical high school student if not for his power to possess other people's minds and bodies. Although his ability lasts only five seconds per use, he employs it to cheat his way to the top of his class and enroll in a prestigious school, where he keeps up his dishonest activities. His schemes are eventually halted by Nao Tomori—the determined student council president of Hoshinoumi Academy—who sees through his deception. Through coercion, Nao persuades Yuu to transfer to Hoshinoumi and join the student council. Hoshinoumi Academy is secretly a school established for teenagers who have supernatural powers—with the student council acting as a group that tracks down those who misuse their abilities. With Yuu reluctantly helping with council duties, the team sets out to locate and shield new ability users from danger. However, as they dig deeper into the nature of these powers, their discoveries pull them into far more complex situations than they ever anticipated.
