Synopsis
The Soul Tree stands as the fundamental wellspring of our species. However, its immense power, corrupted by those consumed by ambition, sparked endless tribal conflicts. To end the suffering caused by these wars, tribal leaders established a truce in favor of a competitive contest. Participants, armed with specialized watches and shields, battle one another, with the victorious tribe granted Materion, the holy fruit of the Soul Tree. These courageous fighters, who plunge into this brutal struggle, are known as the Runningman.
