Synopsis
Ling Fei-long, a Chinese transfer student residing in Japan, is the son of the chief of the White Dragon clan—one of four clans dwelling in China's mountains who trace their lineage back to mythical beasts. After he kills an ordinary person, Ling is exiled to Japan to gain understanding of humanity and master restraining his abilities in their presence.
