Synopsis
In the period leading up to World War II, the all-girls special academy at Nakano Naval Academy is given the code name "Virgin Fleet." These girls possess a unique ability called "Virgin Energy." With the threat of another Russo-Japanese war looming, fledgling pilot Shiokaze Umino must refine her abilities to prevent Japan's total annihilation.
