Synopsis
Having consumed enough xianxia novels, Shen Yuan is well aware that the typical hero will embrace the demonic path, exact vengeance on their abusive master, and accumulate a large harem. Consequently, when he is transported into the universe of Proud Immortal Demon Way, he believes he can predict the narrative’s trajectory. However, rather than assuming the role of the main character, he awakens as Shen Qingqiu, the villainous master who is fated to meet a disgraceful end. Renamed Shen Qingqiu, he resolves to alter his destiny and avoid being betrayed by Luo Binghe, the novel’s protagonist. While he attempts to shed the original host’s cruel disposition, his efforts are hindered by a monitoring system designed to prevent any deviation from the established plot. Shen Yuan must somehow cultivate a friendship with Luo Binghe to eliminate any motive for future retribution. Yet, given the inevitable tragedies orchestrated for the protagonist at the hands of Shen Qingqiu, the teacher faces a daunting challenge in rewriting his fate.
