Synopsis
Pen-Pen, the dapper prince of Penguin Land who is always seen wearing a hat and tie, suddenly appears at Mika's door. He then proceeds to invite himself and his eccentric friends to make themselves at home. This story is based on the manga by Muroyama Mayumi, which was serialized in Shougaku Ninensei.
