Synopsis
In a Japan where centuries of conflict between humans and youkai have finally subsided, these supernatural creatures are now an ordinary part of daily life. To promote coexistence, human children study alongside humanoid paranormal entities. Shingo Ohashi develops romantic feelings for Hatoko "Petoko" Fujimura, a girl of mixed human and youkai ancestry. Petoko has three distinctive abilities: an irresistibly captivating demeanor similar to a low-level succubus, a tendency to cling to anyone who makes direct skin contact until that person falls asleep, and the power to vanish at a molecular level—a skill she can usually control.
