Synopsis
Kaori visits the estate of his deceased brother to see his widowed sister-in-law, where he discovers a mysterious video. The video depicts his brother, his wife, and the two other women of the household, Chiyoko and Miyuki. In what appears to be an underground chamber, his brother subjects the women to relentless sexual acts until they become dependent on them. Will uncovering his late brother's secrets help explain Kaori's own unexplained headaches and insomnia?
