Synopsis
Once Upon a Time... Space stands apart from the other Once Upon a Time titles because its narrative focuses on dramatic storytelling rather than an educational framework. That said, the series still includes some educational elements, such as an episode explaining the rings of Saturn. This series follows Once Upon a Time... Man. It brings back nearly all of the characters from the earlier show and reimagines them in a science-fiction setting. The plot revolves around the conflict between several major galactic powers. These include the Omega Confederation, of which Earth is a member; the military republic of Cassiopée, commanded by General Le Teigneux; and a powerful supercomputer that controls an army of robots. Once Upon a Time... Space follows the adventures of Pierrot (the son of Colonel Pierre and President Pierrette) and his friend Psi.
