Synopsis
The Fourth Industrial Revolution has brought about advanced technologies that have rapidly transformed the world, leading schools to integrate these innovations into their curricula while leaving older methods behind. Yuyu Girls' Vocational High School is one such elite institution, where both Serufu Yua and her childhood friend Miku "Purin" Suride have applied. Tech-savvy Purin is accepted, but accident-prone Serufu is rejected and enrolls at the traditional Gatagata Girls' High School instead, creating a rift between them. One day while cycling to class, Serufu gets into a bike accident, and another student from her school, Rei Yasaku, repairs her damaged bicycle. Serufu later discovers that Rei is passionate about old-fashioned crafts and serves as the president of the school's Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Club—a club at risk of being shut down due to insufficient members. Seeing this as an opportunity to mend her friendship with Purin, Serufu joins the club, hoping to create projects that might reunite them. As the DIY Club gains new members, Serufu learns not only to build handicrafts but also to forge new friendships along the way.
