Synopsis
Ever since he can remember, Wang Xiaoxiu has harbored feelings for his childhood friend Shen Yao. When they both enroll in the same college, he is shocked to learn that Yao shares his affection. However, news of their relationship spreads rapidly, leading Xiaoxiu to be targeted by a gang of delinquents headed by Sun Jun, who desires Yao for himself. While Xiaoxiu struggles to protect his love, he is knocked unconscious and falls into a river. Upon waking, he is attracted to a mysterious light at the bottom of the water. Touching the source causes it to merge with his body, transporting him to another dimension. An unknown entity introduces itself as the Horadric Cube and claims Xiaoxiu as its new host. Fortunately, the cube offers a welcome advantage: it grants him teleportation abilities and enhances his combat skills. To empower himself and safeguard those he cares about from future threats, Xiaoxiu must gather various gemstones for the cube to absorb.
