Synopsis

To mark its 150th anniversary, the Japan office of J.Walter Thompson produced a 3D animated short film. This is a Christmas story set in December, when the anniversary event occurred. The story's theme is "Tokyo after 150 years." It depicts a systematized, harmless world stripped of hopes and dreams. Even Santa Clause is persecuted and no longer exists. Yet, driven by the wishes of many children, Santa Clause returns, and the world regains its brightness. At the end, a message appears: "Dreams to people in next 150 years. KEEP PIONEERING. JWT TOKYO." Through this near-future Santa Clause, the film expresses J. Walter Thompson Japan's commitment to never losing its pioneering spirit and to creating a world filled with hopes and dreams through communication.
